International Participant Payment Information

To secure your seat, please complete the registration fee payment using one of the options below.

Option 1: Fast & Low-Fee Transfer via Wise (Recommended)

We highly recommend using Wise to send your payment. It is significantly cheaper (2.22 USD fee if you use a Debit Card) than a traditional bank transfer, uses the real exchange rate, and ensures the exact amount reaches us without hidden cuts.

How it works: You pay locally in your currency, and Wise deposits the exact amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) directly into our bank account
Steps to pay:
1. Go to wise.com, create your account if you don’t have an account yet
2. Select Indonesia as the receiving country
3. Select your local currency as the sending currency and IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) as the receiving currency.
4. Enter the IDR amount required for the registration fee.
5. Add recipient > Bank Detail > Business or Charity

Complete the transfer using your local bank or debit/credit card.

Option 2: Traditional SWIFT Bank Wire Transfer

If you prefer not to use Wise, you can request an international wire transfer through your local bank using our SWIFT/BIC code: BMRIIDJA / KCP Jakarta Pasar Rumput

Please note: SWIFT transfers usually take 3–5 business days and incur high intermediary bank fees (ranging from $20 to $50 USD). Please instruct your bank to select the “OUR” fee option (where you, the sender, bear all transaction fees) so your registration is not marked as underpaid.
